How to start/manage a dispute

  1. Click on Dispute in your Dashboard menu.

  2. Click the Create Dispute button.

  3. Select which service/order # and add a description.

  4. Click the Generate Unique ID Image button & save your image.

  1. Click the View Detail button.

  2. You can communicate with the seller and try to resolve the issue.

  3. An admin will contact both the buyer and seller for further details and adjudication.
