# How to start/manage a dispute

### Navigate to The Disputes Tab:

1. Click on Dispute in your Dashboard menu.
2. Click the Create Dispute button.
3. Select which service/order # and add a description.
4. Click the Generate Unique ID Image button & save your image.&#x20;

### Navigate to the Disputes Tab:

1. Click the View Detail button.&#x20;
2. You can communicate with the seller and try to resolve the issue.
3. An admin will contact both the buyer and seller for further details and adjudication.
