## Platform Fee Structure

Cult Market's fee structure is designed to offer competitive rates, benefiting freelancers and clients alike while supporting the platform's operational costs.

### Base Fees

#### Freelancer Fee:

* 10% fee on orders up to $500
* Reduced to 5% on earnings above $500, giving high-performing freelancers additional earning potential

#### Buyer Fee:

* 5% flat fee on all transactions
* For orders under $100, a nominal $2 small-order fee is applied to maintain platform efficiency

#### **Freelancer Withdrawal Fee:**

* Zero fees for withdrawals (minimum withdrawal amount of $25)
* Allows freelancers to retain more of their earnings

#### Premium Listing Placement Fees:

* Additional fees applied for premium placement of listings
* Increases service visibility for freelancers

### Fee Distribution

* <mark style="background-color:orange;">50% of all fees are distributed to stakers as rewards</mark>, incentivizing long-term holding
* The remaining 50% is allocated as follows:
  * Platform Development: 20%
  * Liquidity Provision: 15%
  * Treasury Reserve: 15%
